Senior Benefits Analyst

GitLab is the intelligent orchestration platform for DevSecOps, enabling organizations to increase productivity and accelerate digital transformation. We are looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst to join our Total Rewards team and help design, administer, and improve our global benefits programs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with global brokers and local vendors to lead plan renewals, manage day-to-day operations, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of new benefits programs, from business cases and vendor selection to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Manage administration for global programs, including eligibility, enrollment, billing reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate benefits operations across various employment models, including PEO, EOR, and legal entity arrangements.
• Analyze utilization, cost, and survey data to identify trends and develop recommendations that improve program outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven track record in owning global benefits programs and working with international brokers.
• Strong knowledge of core benefits concepts and experience in multi-country environments.
• Analytical skills with experience using data to develop insights and recommendations.
• Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration tools, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics to diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to use AI tools to improve processes and a preference for Workday experience.
