Senior Backend Engineer (Identity & Access Management)

Andersen is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join a project focused on building a scalable, high-performance distributed platform for an international organization in the financial and protection services sector. You will play a key role in developing reliable identity and access management solutions using Go.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and developing high-throughput identity services including SSO, MFA, and session management.
• Implementing and scaling modern authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and JWTs.
• Writing clean, concurrent, and performant backend services in Go while maintaining clear API contracts.
• Serving as a subject matter expert on security, conducting threat modeling, and guiding teams on secure integrations.
• Managing identity infrastructure using CI/CD, monitoring, and automation tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience, with at least 5 years specifically in Go.
• Deep expertise in authentication and authorization standards like OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and RBAC.
• Strong production experience with distributed systems, gRPC, AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Solid understanding of web security, cryptography, and OWASP Top 10 principles.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
