Senior Backend Engineer (Go)

Globaldev Group is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our team in building the next generation of our Demand-Side Platform. You will play a critical role in developing high-performance, low-latency services that power real-time advertising auctions at a global scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Go.
• Analyze and optimize distributed systems and microservice-based architectures to ensure scalability.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Machine Learning teams to integrate data-driven capabilities into bidder workflows.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions in partnership with Product Managers.
• Oversee features from initial concept through to production, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Strong professional background in backend software development with Go.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservice architectures.
• Hands-on experience building and operating high-performance, low-latency backend services.
• Proven ability to analyze system bottlenecks and resolve complex scalability challenges.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
