Senior Backend Developer / Technical Lead

Craftware is a technology company of over 500 experts, empowering large organizations to solve complex business challenges with modern IT solutions. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Backend Developer and Technical Lead to drive the technical execution of an enterprise integration solution built on Azure cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale Azure Functions and lightweight integration microservices, including background workers for large file streaming and asynchronous payload processing.
• Implement webhook listeners and outbound REST clients for system-to-system data synchronization.
• Own REST API and integration architecture, focusing on JSON processing and data transformation pipelines.
• Configure and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines in GitHub to deploy serverless components into Azure environments.
• Utilize AI coding assistants to accelerate development, improve unit test coverage, and streamline documentation.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Functions and serverless microservices architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in REST APIs, webhooks, JSON processing, and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Practical experience setting up CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Solid programming skills in Python, React.js, and TypeScript.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
