Senior Backend Developer (PHP)

Key responsibilities

• Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining backend systems and APIs from scratch.
• Integrating third-party solutions to expand our payment ecosystem, including gateways and verification services.
• Collaborating with front-end developers and team members to deliver efficient, high-quality software solutions.
• Debugging existing code, fixing production issues, and preparing comprehensive technical documentation.
• Optimizing system performance and ensuring the reliability of our financial platforms.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of PHP and the Symfony framework, including Doctrine ORM and RESTful API design.
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL, with experience in query optimization, indexing, and complex schema design.
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and advanced architectural concepts like DDD, CQRS, and Event Sourcing.
• Experience with microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Solid background in integration testing using tools such as PHPUnit, Codeception, or Behat.
