Senior Back End Engineer (.NET)

REW Technology is seeking a highly skilled Senior Back End Engineer to join a strategic project focused on the customization and enhancement of a SaaS solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will lead the design and delivery of scalable customizations, support new product development, and ensure alignment with enterprise data standards while mentoring the development team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement complex customizations on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
• Own the solution architecture to ensure scalability, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Drive new feature development and contribute to the core SaaS platform.
• Oversee process automation initiatives, including workflows, integrations, and business rules.
• Guide and mentor developers through code reviews and the enforcement of best practices.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 and CRM development.
• Proven track record as a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, extensibility, and data modeling.
• Hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Platform tools.
• Experience with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
