Senior Back-End Engineer (100% remote)

DevsData LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Back-End Engineer to join a fast-growing fintech company focused on building a cutting-edge digital trading and investment platform. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fully remote, international environment on complex, high-performance systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and microservices using Java and GoLang.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and data pipelines to support trading operations.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, perform code reviews, and support continuous process improvements.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, sharing technical expertise to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative technical solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
• Strong proficiency in both Java and GoLang.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
• Strong experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, and caching systems.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
