Senior Azure Databricks & Microsoft Fabric Architect

Experis Manpower Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Azure Databricks & Microsoft Fabric Architect to join our team for international projects. You will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering modern, scalable cloud data platforms that drive business value for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data platforms leveraging Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, and Power BI.
• Define and enforce best practices regarding data governance, security, system performance, and cost optimization.
• Develop scalable Lakehouse architectures and advanced analytics solutions tailored to complex business needs.
• Integrate Databricks with various Azure services, AI/ML platforms, and reporting tools to ensure seamless data flow.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to support cloud modernization and migration initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in SQL, PySpark, Python, ETL/ELT processes, and advanced data modeling techniques.
• Deep understanding of Lakehouse concepts, Medallion Architecture, API integrations, and cloud data architecture.
• Proven experience with Azure Data Factory, Unity Catalog, MLflow, and CI/CD tools such as Git, Terraform, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
