Senior AWS DevOps Engineer

co.brick Talents is looking for an independent Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to architect and provision a greenfield, production-ready AWS foundation for a healthcare application. You will take complete ownership of infrastructure delivery, building out networking, compute, database, IAM, logging, and disaster recovery to meet high-security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provision the AWS account baseline, build segmented VPCs, and deploy containerized workloads using ECS/Fargate.
• Implement robust security controls including IAM, RBAC, MFA, KMS encryption, and CloudWatch to ensure compliance.
• Deploy encrypted RDS/Aurora databases and configure AWS Backup, cross-AZ resilience, and long-term audit-log retention.
• Adapt existing CI/CD pipelines to the AWS environment and implement secret management and dependency scanning.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional DevOps experience with a strong focus on AWS production design.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Deep expertise in containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments using ECS/Fargate.
• Solid understanding of secure networking, VPC design, ALB, ACM, and TLS configuration.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive end-to-end infrastructure delivery from scratch.
