Senior Automation Developer (OutSystems)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Automation Developer (OutSystems) to design, develop, integrate, and technically lead enterprise-grade applications and workflow automation solutions within a growth-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex enterprise applications using OutSystems.
• Define application architecture, module structure, and development standards.
• Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs and integrate OutSystems with enterprise systems.
• Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with security and architecture best practices.
• Mentor mid-level developers and provide technical guidance to the team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 5+ years of hands-on OutSystems expertise.
• Strong proficiency in OutSystems 11 or ODC, including Service Studio and Integration Studio.
• Solid knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) and SQL.
• Deep understanding of API integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, JWT).
• Experience with software architecture principles, CI/CD, and performance tuning.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to take end-to-end technical ownership.
