Senior Automation & AI Implementation Specialist

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Automation & AI Implementation Specialist to lead the digital transformation of a U.S.-based law firm. This role focuses on identifying operational inefficiencies and deploying scalable, AI-driven solutions to streamline legal workflows and enhance overall productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing firm workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for AI-powered automation.
• Design, build, and maintain complex integrations across platforms like Clio, Lawmatics, Slack, and Gmail.
• Develop custom automation workflows using tools such as Zapier, n8n, APIs, and webhooks.
• Leverage advanced LLMs and AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development and troubleshoot technical systems.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial problem identification to deployment and continuous optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in workflow automation and process improvement, specifically within the legal sector.
• Strong technical proficiency in integrating LLMs into business processes via APIs and automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Clio, Lawmatics, and common business communication tools.
• Ability to work autonomously, diagnose complex technical issues, and implement lasting solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills and availability for partial overlap with U.S. business hours.
