Senior Application Support Engineer - Payroll, Time & Benefits, Global Mobility & Pensions

SQUARE ONE RESOURCES is looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer to join their team and provide expert support for HR-related systems. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing applications focused on Payroll, Time & Benefits, Global Mobility, and Pensions within a global enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive application support for HR systems, specifically focusing on Payroll and related business processes.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application issues and bugs to ensure system stability.
• Analyze business requirements and assess their technical feasibility within the existing application ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external technology vendors to drive improvements.
• Support system enhancements and evaluate new technologies to determine their fit within the current landscape.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in application support within HR, Payroll, or related functional domains.
• Deep understanding of at least one area such as Payroll, Time Management, Benefits, Stock, Global Mobility, or Pensions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on incident management and root-cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and experience working effectively in an international, distributed environment.
