Senior Apple Endpoint Management Engineer (English & German speaking)

NEXA is seeking an experienced Senior Apple Endpoint Management Engineer to support, operate, and scale a large enterprise Apple ecosystem. You will play a key role in managing macOS device lifecycles, security, and automation, ensuring that the environment remains stable, secure, and aligned with modern enterprise standards for over 1,000 devices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the enterprise Mobile Device Management environment.
• Oversee macOS device provisioning, deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management.
• Package, deploy, update, and maintain software across the enterprise Apple ecosystem.
• Define and maintain device policies, compliance standards, and security controls.
• Automate and optimize operational processes across the macOS environment.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with macOS and Darwin/BSD Unix.
• Proven experience in Platform Engineering and managing 1,000+ Apple devices.
• Deep understanding of MDM architecture, processes, and best practices.
• Fluent English and German at C1 level.
• Must be based within the EMEA region.
