Senior Android Developer with Kotlin Multiplatform (f/m/x)

Sii is seeking a highly skilled Senior Android Developer to join a team dedicated to evolving a large-scale mobile product serving customers across multiple European markets. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of the application, contributing to architectural decisions, and driving the implementation of scalable, high-quality mobile solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance native Android application features with a focus on quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Write well-tested code and actively contribute to high-level technical and architectural decisions.
• Review code and support consistent engineering standards and development best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the design and delivery of new functionalities.
• Refactor and improve existing solutions to strengthen application architecture and code quality.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience in Android development, with strong hands-on skills in Kotlin and Java.
• Practical, hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture and software design principles, including MVVM, Clean Architecture, and SOLID.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and good working knowledge of Git.
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and Material Design, combined with experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams.
