Senior Android Developer

Ntiative is partnering with a stealth AI startup to build a proactive smart assistant designed to revolutionize daily workflows. We are looking for a Senior Android Developer to join our core team and help create an AI-native product from scratch that will serve millions of global users.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Android application experience, driving how AI features behave and perform on mobile devices.
• Design resilient mobile UX patterns for AI interactions, including handling streaming responses and latency.
• Optimize application responsiveness, CPU usage, and memory efficiency for complex, context-heavy workflows.
• Collaborate closely with ML and backend engineers to define API contracts and overall system behavior.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in native Android development using Kotlin.
• Proven hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM features, vision, and speech APIs.
• Deep mastery of Coroutines, Flow, and advanced asynchronous programming techniques.
• Strong skills in profiling, debugging, and performance optimization for high-load applications.
• Experience with on-device ML frameworks such as TensorFlow Lite or MLKit is highly valued.
