Senior Android Developer (KMP)

B3 Consulting Poland is looking for an experienced Senior Android Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of a modern Transportation Management System. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your technical expertise will directly shape the architecture and standards of our new mobile project.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and building a mobile application from scratch using Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform, and Jetpack Compose.
• Co-creating a new mobile team and influencing technical decisions, architecture, and development standards.
• Integrating the application with API interfaces and logistics systems.
• Utilizing LLMs and agentic solutions to enhance and support the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of commercial experience in Android development with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).
• Expert knowledge of Android SDK, device configurations, and Android architecture components.
• Strong proficiency in MVVM and Clean Architecture patterns.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic development workflows.
• Professional proficiency in English (B2+) and Polish (C1+).
