Senior Android Developer (Ad SDK Infrastructure)

Sigma Software is seeking a Senior Android Developer to join a distributed team focused on developing and maintaining high-performance native Android SDKs for the AdTech industry. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale mobile monetization platforms, ensuring stability and reliability for publishers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain native Android SDKs used in production environments.
• Design and support SDK architecture, packaging, versioning, and release processes.
• Maintain Maven and Gradle distribution pipelines to ensure seamless integration.
• Investigate and resolve complex SDK defects and publisher-reported integration issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall SDK reliability and performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial Android development experience with Kotlin and Java.
• Proven experience developing native Android SDKs or libraries.
• Strong understanding of Android SDK architecture, lifecycle, and dependency handling.
• Hands-on experience with SDK packaging and distribution tools like Maven Central and Gradle.
• Practical experience with automated testing and device-based testing solutions.
