Senior Anaplan Model Builder

emagine Polska is seeking an experienced Senior Anaplan Model Builder to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This role is designed for a professional who excels at both technical craftsmanship and strategic business partnership, focusing on the design, development, and evolution of high-performance Anaplan solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build scalable Anaplan models following best practices and manage full deployment lifecycles using ALM.
• Lead scoping workshops and translate complex business requirements from Sales and Finance into robust technical architectures.
• Monitor and optimize model performance, calculation efficiency, and data integrations with upstream systems.
• Develop intuitive UX dashboards and maintain clear, comprehensive technical and functional documentation.
• Contribute to Sales Compensation and FP&A planning cycles, ensuring models remain auditable and aligned with business policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Anaplan Solution Architect or Senior Model Builder with relevant certifications.
• At least 4 years of dedicated Anaplan experience and a strong background in enterprise planning software.
• Deep knowledge of the Anaplan Way methodology and connected planning principles.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders and challenge requirements to ensure system scalability.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
