Senior Analytics Engineer

Kalibrate is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to lead complex analytical initiatives and serve as a technical expert within the organization. This role focuses on driving scalable workflows, ensuring data readiness, and providing technical leadership to support our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for analytics engineering processes, tools, and best practices while providing guidance to junior team members.
• Lead the preparation, validation, and integration of complex internal and external datasets to support advanced analytical solutions.
• Establish and enforce quality standards to ensure analytical outputs are accurate, reproducible, and aligned with client requirements.
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Data Science, Customer Success, and Product teams to align analytical execution with business goals.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, consulting, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency with technical analytical tools such as Alteryx or Python.
• Strong understanding of model prerequisites and complex analytical workflows.
• Proven experience leading technical projects and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to mentor junior technical staff.
