Senior Analyst, EPM Planning & Consolidations

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our EPM Center of Excellence. This role is instrumental in transforming our global finance processes by leveraging technology and strategy to provide actionable business insights across our diverse portfolio of iconic brands.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Corporate and Business Unit FP&A teams to ensure financial applications meet functional requirements for planning, consolidation, and reporting.
• Provide functional support for Oracle EPM applications, including Oracle Cloud Planning, HFM, and Smart View, while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Support the transition from on-premise HFM to EPM Cloud Financial Close & Consolidations (FCC) through requirements gathering, testing, and training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deploy new EPM enhancements, ensuring successful implementation through thorough scoping and impact assessment.
• Manage key FDM and HFM business processes, including data mapping, month-end close, and forecast consolidation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Finance or Analytics role.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle EPM applications such as Hyperion Planning, Essbase, or HFM.
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills and a strong aptitude for financial modeling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
