Senior AIOps Engineer

CSHARK is looking for a Senior AIOps Engineer to join a project for a technology company specializing in on-device AI audio and speech products. You will take ownership of the platform used for training AI audio models, ensuring GPU infrastructure efficiency and supporting the entire lifecycle from model training to edge deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the AI training platform, including GPU clusters, CUDA environments, Kubernetes, and Slurm.
• Support large-scale PyTorch training workflows and manage pipelines for extensive audio datasets.
• Implement and maintain experiment and data tooling such as MLflow, Weights & Biases, and DVC.
• Facilitate model export processes for edge devices and build tools to accelerate research workflows.
• Collaborate closely with research teams and share on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in MLOps, AIOps, or ML infrastructure.
• Hands-on expertise with GPU infrastructure and CUDA.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and/or Slurm.
• Strong experience with PyTorch training workflows and ML tooling like MLflow, W&B, or DVC.
• Fluent English communication skills.
