Senior AI/ML Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain RAG pipelines using Amazon Bedrock to ground agent responses in real operational data.
• Design and implement agent reasoning and prompting strategies that support automated, near real-time decision-making.
• Apply MLOps practices on Amazon SageMaker to ensure model reliability throughout the production lifecycle.
• Develop multi-step, memory-aware agents using modern frameworks like LangGraph and Amazon AgentCore.
• Integrate AI security practices, including guardrails and PII redaction, into every agent workflow.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of software or ML engineering experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on GenAI/LLM/agentic work.
• Strong, hands-on expertise with AWS Cloud and Amazon Bedrock services.
• Advanced knowledge of RAG architecture, prompt engineering, and Amazon SageMaker MLOps.
• Proficiency in agent frameworks and containerized environments.
