Senior AI/ML Engineer (GenAI, AWS)

Key responsibilities

• Work in a senior pod alongside Forward Deployed Engineers and Executives to build and ship production-grade GenAI systems.
• Design, build, and optimize RAG systems and agentic workflows for real-world production use cases.
• Implement LLMOps and AgentOps practices, including agent tracing, cost monitoring, regression testing, and drift detection.
• Develop evaluation harnesses to ensure system reliability and performance before feature deployment.
• Mentor team members and contribute reusable components back into our internal AI Blueprints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software or ML engineering with a track record of shipping production-grade LLM applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript and hands-on experience with AWS services like Bedrock, Lambda, and ECS.
• Deep understanding of agentic orchestration, multi-step workflows, and state management.
• Experience building and maintaining evaluation suites for non-deterministic AI systems.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and take full ownership of technical components.
