Senior AI/ML Engineer (f/m/x)

Sii is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on advanced agent engineering. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for building sophisticated agent tools, defining schemas, and ensuring seamless integration with the Semantic Retriever to support complex multi-agent workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Building and developing tools for AI agents and defining their schemas.
• Ensuring seamless integration with the Semantic Retriever.
• Deploying and configuring structured interfaces for multi-agent workflows.
• Implementing complex prompts and generating structured LLM outputs.
• Writing comprehensive unit tests for all developed solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Pydantic schema development.
• Expertise in API orchestration and tool architecture.
• Practical knowledge of LangGraph and experience with semantic retrieval integration.
• Ability to implement complex prompts and generate structured LLM outputs.
• Advanced level of English.
