Senior AI/ML Engineer - Remote

Kubbly is transforming customer engagement through a predictive AI platform that enables brands to have meaningful, real-time conversations via email, text, and WhatsApp. We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our team and help scale our personalized engagement systems, shaping the future of how businesses interact with their customers.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, prototype, and deploy LLM-based solutions to expand our customer engagement engine.
• Own the production performance of AI features, including latency, cost, reliability, and model monitoring.
• Define and own evaluation frameworks and production metrics to measure the quality and business impact of AI systems.
• Build feedback loops, datasets, and human-in-the-loop workflows to continuously improve model performance.
• Partner with the founding team to drive the product roadmap and mentor fellow engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience developing machine learning models in production.
• Strong experience using LLMs, agentic workflows, and systems.
• Proficiency in Python and experience training/finetuning models using PyTorch or Hugging Face.
• Solid backend engineering skills with experience building APIs and services.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerized applications like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-obsessed mindset.
