We are seeking a Senior AI Video Editor to join our global team and produce high-performing, direct-response video ads that leverage the latest in generative AI technology.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high-volume direct-response video ads optimized for paid placements across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Generate, enhance, and manipulate video, image, voice, and audio assets using modern Generative AI tools.
• Seamlessly integrate AI-generated media with UGC and product footage while maintaining high quality standards.
• Translate performance insights into concrete editing decisions, iterating quickly based on key metrics like CTR and ROAS.
• Collaborate with creative strategists to develop new AI-driven approaches and automated video workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience, specifically within social media, paid advertising, or DTC/eCommerce.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Proven hands-on experience using Generative AI tools such as Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, or HeyGen.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional editing skills and the integration of AI-generated content.
• Deep understanding of direct-response techniques, including pacing, hooks, and retention-focused storytelling.
