Senior AI Solutions Engineer

INFOPLUS TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable AI and machine learning solutions, leveraging advanced cloud infrastructure and modern data engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy production-grade machine learning models and AI agents using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI.
• Architect and maintain robust data pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, and orchestration tools like Airflow or Dagster.
• Implement RAG pipelines, OCR solutions, and NLP workflows to extract insights from complex, unstructured documents.
• Design CI/CD pipelines and MLOps workflows to ensure reliable, scalable, and cost-effective deployments.
• Mentor junior engineers, set technical standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact business solutions.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience managing large-scale datasets in Spark or Snowflake.
• Deep expertise in Azure cloud services, including Azure Machine Learning, Container Apps, and AI Studio.
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Proven track record in MLOps, including model versioning, monitoring, and infrastructure as code (Terraform/Bicep).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
