Senior AI Product Manager, EMEA

Panopto is a global leader in visual and audio-based learning technology, dedicated to helping organizations share knowledge effortlessly. We are seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, discovery, and delivery of our next generation of AI-powered product capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI product capabilities, including model behavior, data requirements, unit economics, and security.
• Develop and maintain product vision and roadmaps, prioritizing investments based on customer needs and business outcomes.
• Evaluate software codebases and build functional prototypes to provide engineering teams with executable starting points.
• Establish and share repeatable AI-driven workflows to improve discovery and delivery practices across the product organization.
• Mentor team members on discovery practices and technical evaluation while supporting go-to-market efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8-10+ years of product management experience in SaaS or software environments.
• Proven ability to read and evaluate software codebases to assess technical feasibility and scope.
• Hands-on experience building functional prototypes and utilizing standard developer workflows like Git.
• Practical experience managing AI capabilities, including data pipelines, model evaluation, and security guardrails.
• Strong foundation in structured discovery frameworks such as Jobs to Be Done or Opportunity Solution Trees.
