Senior AI Platform Engineer

ALTEN Polska is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to join our team in building next-generation AI solutions. You will play a key role in developing enterprise-grade systems that integrate LLMs, agentic workflows, and cloud-native architectures to solve complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate AI/ML services that power sophisticated single- and multi-agent workflows.
• Develop production-grade GenAI solutions utilizing agent frameworks, tool calling, memory orchestration, and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
• Build and optimize RAG, search, and reasoning systems using vector search and advanced knowledge retrieval techniques.
• Adapt and optimize AI models through fine-tuning approaches such as SFT, LoRA, and QLoRA.
• Deploy and scale AI workloads on Kubernetes and major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of commercial experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering.
• Strong Python development skills with a proven track record of delivering production-ready AI applications.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, and orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or LangChain.
• Solid understanding of fine-tuning techniques and experience building systems evaluated through metrics and human feedback.
• Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
