Senior AI Platform Engineer

Baloise Solution Hub is looking for a Senior AI Platform Engineer to join our AI Platform and Services team. You will play a key role in building, operating, and scaling reliable AI platforms across multi-cloud environments, enabling teams to deploy and run AI solutions effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operation and continuous development of cloud-based AI platforms.
• Contribute to the implementation and improvement of CI/CD processes.
• Design and automate logging, testing, and monitoring processes.
• Build and maintain observability dashboards using tools like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Embed DevSecOps practices and AI safety guardrails into the platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience and a degree in a related field.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Solid knowledge of container technologies including Kubernetes or Podman.
• Familiarity with CI/CD automation tools and a security-aware mindset.
