Senior AI-Native Software Engineer – Full Stack (React, Next.js, Node.js)

ITEAMLY is seeking a Senior AI-Native Software Engineer to join our venture-building team. In this role, you will leverage AI-first development workflows to build scalable solutions from concept to production, taking full ownership of the architecture and technical outcomes in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate broad product requirements into scalable technical solutions and manage features from design to production.
• Utilize AI coding agents like Cursor or Claude Code to plan, implement, and refactor codebases effectively.
• Maintain high engineering standards by reviewing and verifying AI-generated code, ensuring security and performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software.
• Debug complex production issues and make critical architectural decisions regarding APIs, databases, and service boundaries.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a deep understanding of software fundamentals.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js.
• Proven ability to work independently with ambiguous requirements and make sound technical decisions.
• An AI-native mindset, treating coding agents as a core part of your daily development workflow.
• Strong discipline in code review, testing, and verifying edge cases before merging.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1+ level).
