Senior AI Native Engineer

RemoDevs is seeking a visionary Senior AI Native Engineer to join our team and push the boundaries of agentic coding. We are looking for a developer who treats AI agents as core components of the software development lifecycle, moving beyond simple autocomplete to orchestrate complex, multi-agent workflows that build software faster and more effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement sophisticated AI agents and agentic workflows for diverse software engineering and business use cases.
• Integrate AI coding agents into your daily development workflow to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Experiment with advanced agent orchestration, context management, prompt engineering, and tool utilization.
• Build robust applications where LLMs and AI agents serve as first-class components.
• Collaborate with architects and AI specialists to transform innovative concepts into production-ready solutions.

Requirements

• Strong professional background as a Software Developer with solid engineering fundamentals including architecture, testing, and debugging.
• Excellent proficiency in at least one programming language, with a strong preference for TypeScript/JavaScript and full-stack experience.
• Proven hands-on experience working with AI coding tools, agents, or LLM-powered applications.
• Ability to break down complex problems into actionable tasks that AI agents can execute effectively.
• A curious mindset with a passion for exploring and mastering rapidly evolving AI-native development patterns and frameworks.
