Senior AI Governance Consultant

Experis Manpower Group is seeking a Senior AI Governance Consultant to join a dynamic team dedicated to AI risk and governance. In this role, you will guide organizations in designing and deploying AI solutions that are safe, responsible, and fully compliant with evolving regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deliver comprehensive AI governance and risk engagements for diverse clients.
• Conduct detailed AI risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats across AI initiatives.
• Design and implement robust AI governance frameworks, internal controls, and operating models.
• Translate complex technical AI concepts into actionable business recommendations for stakeholders.
• Prepare high-quality, executive-ready deliverables that promote trustworthy and transparent AI practices.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of professional experience in Technology Risk, IT Risk, AI Risk, or internal audit consulting.
• Strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning lifecycles, including training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Proven ability to independently manage client-facing workstreams and deliver high-quality results.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leadership.
• Fluent English proficiency and a solid grasp of Responsible AI principles.
