Senior AI Engineer

As a Senior AI Engineer on the Agent Harness team, you will shape the architecture of our agent runtime, ensuring our platform is prepared for the growing scale of agentic workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the architecture of the agent runtime by adopting and adapting industry frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain.
• Design clean abstractions and foundational building blocks that application teams can adopt without rebuilding core functionality.
• Mature the harness with capabilities such as long-session handling and broader protocol support.
• Continuously explore emerging agent architectures and platform capabilities within a rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered or agentic systems using frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Demonstrated strength in solution architecture, including creating reusable abstractions for other engineers.
• Solid understanding of modern asynchronous Python, API design, and relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Experience delivering cloud-native systems in Azure or similar environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
