Senior AI Engineer

Evertz is a global leader in technology for live television, film production, and streaming. We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our team and build production-grade AI systems that support everything from hardware design and manufacturing to advanced audio and video processing.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI applications, including prototyping, integration, production deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
• Develop agents, multimodal applications, LLM workflows, and RAG pipelines using prompt design and structured outputs.
• Transform complex data inputs like schematics, test logs, and media into grounded AI capabilities.
• Integrate AI solutions with engineering and business systems via APIs, ensuring high standards for security and validation.
• Apply classical machine learning techniques for classification, anomaly detection, and computer vision alongside LLM systems.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering production LLM applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend development, including API design and maintainable code practices.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks, prompt engineering, and building tool-enabled agents.
• Practical knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector search, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience deploying cloud-based applications using containers, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
