Senior AI Engineer

TP Servglobal Limited is expanding its engineering team and is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to focus on Generative AI and agentic AI. You will join a fast-paced, innovative environment dedicated to building and scaling next-generation AI applications for both internal use and our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain intelligent backend systems that integrate LLMs, retrieval systems, and custom APIs to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions to maintain high standards for code quality, security, and documentation.
• Research and integrate emerging technologies, such as vector databases and agent frameworks, to enhance AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and product managers, to deliver robust end-to-end solutions.
• Monitor and optimize existing AI systems to improve performance and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of professional backend development experience using Python or Golang.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying production-ready GenAI applications.
• Strong knowledge of vector databases, semantic retrieval, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or Genkit.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing, and cloud deployment.
