Senior AI Engineer (AI-Assisted Software Development)

Antal is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join a forward-thinking team focused on revolutionizing AI-assisted software development. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge tools like Claude Code and specification-driven engineering practices to build production-ready solutions and optimize development workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality software solutions based on structured specifications.
• Utilize Claude Code throughout the entire development lifecycle, including analysis, testing, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain reusable prompts, templates, and AI-driven engineering assets.
• Mentor engineering teams and promote the adoption of AI-first development methodologies.
• Troubleshoot and refine AI-assisted delivery processes to improve overall team efficiency.

Requirements

• Extensive background in professional software engineering.
• Proven commercial experience using Claude Code in daily development tasks.
• Strong expertise in spec-first or specification-driven development environments.
• Ability to critically verify, debug, and improve AI-generated code outputs.
• Experience with MCP integrations, agent-based workflows, or specification tooling like OpenSpec.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
