Senior AI Engineer - Poland

DataXstream is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and scale intelligent systems for our OMS+ IA platform. You will work at the intersection of large language models, agentic workflows, and enterprise data to create autonomous AI solutions that enhance order management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize machine learning models, LLM-based features, and agentic workflows for our SaaS platform.
• Build and refine solutions using prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent orchestration.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to build robust pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
• Contribute to AI infrastructure, including model deployment, monitoring, and continuous learning pipelines.
• Implement guardrails and evaluation frameworks to ensure AI features operate safely and transparently in production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning or AI systems in production environments.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript with the ability to integrate AI/ML functionality into a TypeScript stack.
• Working knowledge of Python for ML workflows, including model training and experimentation.
• Solid understanding of core machine learning concepts, MLOps practices, and model evaluation.
