Senior AI Engineer - Node.js & React

iTeamly is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our team and help us build scalable technical solutions in an AI-first environment. You will take full ownership of features and services, leveraging advanced AI agents to design, implement, and maintain high-quality codebases while ensuring robust architectural standards.

Key responsibilities

• Translate broad product requirements into simple, scalable technical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Utilize AI agents like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot to plan, implement, and refactor complex features.
• Review and verify AI-generated code to ensure security, quality, and performance before production deployment.
• Design and defend architectural decisions, including API structures, service boundaries, and database schemas.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and DevOps.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior Software Engineer with deep knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js.
• Proven ability to work independently with ambiguous requirements and make sound technical decisions.
• An AI-native development mindset, using coding agents as a core part of your daily workflow.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, security, and both relational and non-relational databases.
• Excellent communication skills in English at a C1+ level.
