Senior AI Engineer - Node.js & React

iTeamly is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our team and help us build scalable technical solutions in an AI-first environment. You will take full ownership of features and services, leveraging advanced AI agents to design, implement, and maintain high-quality codebases while ensuring robust architectural standards.

Key responsibilities

• Translate broad product requirements into simple, scalable technical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Design and defend architectural decisions, including APIs, schemas, and service boundaries.
• Utilize AI agents like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot to plan, implement, and refactor complex solutions.
• Review and verify AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, and coverage of edge cases.
• Collaborate across teams to debug production issues and maintain high engineering standards.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior Software Engineer with deep knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js.
• Proven ability to design APIs, schemas, and distributed systems using both relational and non-relational databases.
• An AI-native development approach, using coding agents as a core part of your daily workflow.
• Strong discipline in code review, testing, and verifying AI-generated outputs before production.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1+) and the ability to work independently with ambiguous requirements.
