Senior AI Enablement Engineer

Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform dedicated to making charitable giving fast, seamless, and accessible. We are looking for a Senior AI Enablement Engineer to join our distributed engineering team and help us integrate AI-assisted development into our core workflows to drive measurable productivity gains.

Key responsibilities

• Coach engineers through 1:1s, pair programming, and workshops to improve their effectiveness with AI-assisted development tools.
• Develop and maintain internal AI knowledge bases, prompt libraries, and best-practice guides to standardize workflows.
• Build and deploy internal AI integrations and reusable tooling using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Define and track key productivity metrics to evaluate the impact of AI adoption across engineering teams.
• Identify adoption blockers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement systemic improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a product-driven engineering environment with a strong full-stack background.
• Deep fluency in Node.js, TypeScript, and modern agentic coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
• Proven ability to take internal integrations from prototype to production, including security and CI/CD.
• Strong technical communication skills with the ability to facilitate workshops and create documentation.
• Experience with GenAI building blocks, including LLMs, RAG, and orchestration.
