Senior AI-Driven QA / Lead

Miratech is seeking a Senior AI-Driven QA / Lead to design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks for web, desktop, and enterprise applications. You will leverage cutting-edge AI tools to enhance testing efficiency while driving the adoption of modern Quality Engineering practices across our global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable automated test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver or equivalent tools.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts within C#/.NET and Visual Studio environments.
• Integrate automated testing suites into CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Utilize AI-powered tools like GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot to optimize test creation and maintenance.
• Lead QA transformation initiatives and mentor engineering teams on modern automation and AI-assisted testing strategies.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and C#/.NET development.
• Proficiency in using Visual Studio, NUnit, and API automation tools like Postman or RestSharp.
• Practical experience with AI-powered testing tools and the ability to validate AI-generated test artifacts.
• Solid understanding of test automation architecture, CI/CD integration, and modern DevOps practices.
• Proven leadership experience in QA or Quality Engineering roles with a focus on transformation and mentorship.
