Senior AI Application Engineer (#5284)

N-iX is seeking a skilled Senior AI Application Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-enabled applications and agentic workflows. This role focuses on leveraging modern AI development platforms to transform business needs into high-quality, production-ready software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI-powered web applications, internal tools, and workflow automations using full-stack technologies.
• Develop and configure AI agents using platforms like ChatGPT and Claude.
• Integrate large language models into applications via APIs, SDKs, and workflow orchestration.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, prototypes, and iterative software releases.
• Ensure all AI-driven solutions meet high standards for security, reliability, and maintainability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and integrating LLMs into production environments.
• Proven ability to deploy web applications using cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Vercel.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean code, testing, and security awareness.
