Senior Agentic Engineer

Ciklum is a global custom product engineering company seeking a Senior Agentic Engineer to join our team. You will lead the design and implementation of scalable, AI-driven technical solutions, transforming manual operational processes into intelligent, automated workflows within a collaborative, innovation-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical health, stability, and scalability of operational systems and internal tools.
• Lead the design and development of automated and self-service solutions to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Leverage AI capabilities, including LLM-based applications and multi-agent systems, to enhance system intelligence and automate decision-making.
• Plan and execute work within a two-week sprint cycle, balancing operational reliability with continuous improvement.
• Partner with Operations, Product, and Engineering stakeholders to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leveraging AI tools and LLMs to automate complex tasks and integrate AI outputs into functional workflows.
• Strong proficiency in API integration, specifically working with REST APIs to connect disparate systems.
• Hands-on experience with the Azure platform, including Function Apps, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps.
• Proven ability to translate high-level business requirements into technical architecture from scratch.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on independent problem-solving.
