Senior Agentic AI Engineer

Spyrosoft is expanding its advanced AI and Agentic capabilities and is seeking an experienced Senior Agentic AI Engineer to join our Artificial Intelligence Unit. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge agent-driven products, working at the forefront of Generative AI to build autonomous systems that reason, plan, and interact with enterprise tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions using platforms like Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, or Amazon Bedrock.
• Orchestrate multi-agent workflows and build intelligent applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
• Implement robust RAG pipelines, knowledge grounding, and enterprise search integrations to ensure reliable agent behavior.
• Engineer production-grade monitoring, guardrails, and safety mechanisms to maintain trust and alignment in AI systems.
• Serve as a technical advisor to clients, identifying opportunities and sharing best practices in GenAI and agentic architectures.

Requirements

• MSc in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience in applied machine learning or AI engineering roles.
• Solid proficiency in Python programming and experience with major cloud AI platforms.
• Practical knowledge of building AI agents, including reasoning workflows, planning loops, and autonomous task execution.
• Familiarity with LLMOps practices, evaluation strategies, and deploying AI systems into production environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical AI outputs into strategic business value.
