Senior Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst

Automatiq is a market-leading, fast-growing technology company in the event ticketing industry, currently seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable & Collections Analyst. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the company’s cash flow by monitoring outstanding receivables, driving timely collections, and ensuring financial accuracy across multiple revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of outstanding balances, including complex invoice adjustments and reconciliations.
• Lead proactive collections efforts, negotiate payment arrangements, and manage the escalation of high-risk delinquent accounts.
• Design and maintain AR aging reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable insights to Finance leadership.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve systemic receivables issues and drive automation improvements.
• Prepare and present recurring and ad hoc financial reports to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or a related finance role.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, cash application, and collections strategies.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, and complex data analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
