Senior Accountant

Qualio is a unified quality and compliance management platform that helps regulated organizations in the biopharma, medtech, and diagnostics sectors bring products to market faster. We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our all-remote team, reporting directly to the Controller and playing a key role in our AI-forward accounting operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses during the monthly close process.
• Manage accounts payable, corporate cards, and employee reimbursements using Ramp.
• Oversee revenue recognition processes in accordance with ASC 606 standards.
• Utilize AI tools to improve accounting workflows, gain operational efficiency, and perform data analysis.
• Handle customer billing and subscription management within the Maxio platform.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, specifically within the SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Proven track record of integrating AI tools into daily accounting tasks.
• Proactive, self-sufficient, and highly organized approach to meeting reporting deadlines.
