Senior Accountant

Splitero is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team and play a pivotal role in scaling our financial operations. You will partner directly with leadership to drive data-informed decision-making while managing core accounting functions and implementing innovative automation tools to streamline our workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processes.
• Act as the primary liaison with external audit firms to ensure accurate and timely audit execution.
• Develop and maintain global accounting policies, internal controls, and expense classification standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on ad-hoc analytics projects to support strategic business planning.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled tools to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in public accounting or a high-growth technology environment.
• Strong ability to communicate complex financial findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in preparing accurate financial reports and building actionable insights.
• Curiosity regarding AI tools and a proactive approach to learning new financial technologies.
