Senior / Staff Platform Engineer (AWS · Infrastructure · Distributed System)

Blue Language Labs Inc. is building the trust layer for the AI economy, focusing on verifiable, multi-party agreements that execute deterministically. We are seeking a Senior or Staff Platform Engineer to take full ownership of our distributed, event-driven infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance for our core products.

Key responsibilities

• Own all AWS infrastructure end-to-end, including architecture, security, cost optimization, and compliance.
• Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure zero-manual-step deployments from commit to production.
• Build comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify latency, queue depth, and delivery anomalies.
• Manage PostgreSQL at scale, including configuration, migration strategies, and performance tuning.
• Maintain the health of real-time and asynchronous components across Lambda, SQS, Redis, and S3.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building and running production-grade infrastructure.
• Deep AWS expertise with strong operational instincts and a focus on Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, including idempotency, ordering guarantees, and failure recovery.
• Proven experience with PostgreSQL, Lambda, SQS, Redis, and S3.
• Obsession with reliability, security, and automation, combined with the ability to own critical systems independently.
