Key responsibilities
- Analyze and provide expert insights on semiconductor device physics, operational principles, and recent industry advances.
- Evaluate and discuss complex microfabrication techniques, including process integration and yield optimization.
- Contribute technical assessments regarding device scaling, performance modeling, and reliability methodologies.
- Create detailed written explanations and verbal clarifications of complex engineering concepts for AI model training.
- Deliver structured feedback on project data to ensure technical accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related discipline.
- Extensive professional experience in semiconductor device design, fabrication processes, and microelectronics engineering.
- Proven understanding of semiconductor physics, device modeling, and reliability testing.
- Hands-on exposure to modern microfabrication and process integration techniques.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
